Gary M. Willis
Founder and Principal
Gary M. Willis is skilled in finance and accounting as required
to assist start-up and growing companies meet their full potential. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University
with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with the Commercial Banking Option and strong emphasis in Accounting.
He is also a graduate of the American Banker's Association School Of Real Estate Finance.
He served as Sr.Vice
President of a Louisiana bank for 17 years before becoming a consultant in 1989. This background gives him the unique
advantage of preparing proposals for lenders and being able to examine the proposal from both sides of the table. He
has helped clients obtain millions of dollars in loans through conventional loans from banks, asset-based lenders, SBA and
USDA's Business and Industrial Loan program.
Like you, Gary M. Willis has also been involved in starting up his
own companies. He started a publishing company which operated profitably and experienced sustained growth for
9 years before being sold to another publishing company. He is also a real estate investor with the skills to help you
analyze property investments and prepare the financing package for presentation to a variety of lenders.
